Seraph Medical does process medical claims for insurance reimbursements.

Yes, the Seraph Medical team provides medical care for patients from around the world.

Patients traveling from outside the United States must have a valid travel visa. 

Our medical concierge team will help you determine what visa you will need. Since some treatments exceed 90 days, an ESTA will not suffice. 

If required, Seraph Medical will provide you with a medical travel letter for your visa application.

Seraph Medical has a relationship with the Penninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, where our patients are provided with quality accommodations, dining and services.

Many of our out-of-town patients find it best to reserve a home stay online, through websites such as VRBO.com

Once you have scheduled your initial consultation, you will be provided with an electronic link to your patient registration forms.

Before your appointment, you’ll be asked to send a comprehensive medical profile (materials received are kept secure and considered confidential). This profile should include all reports, medication lists and case summaries. These should be sent (in English) to our secured emails: records@seraphmed.com.

The Seraph Medical team encourages our patients to send us a chronicle of their medical and health condition history experience, from the beginning. We believe that the best kind of medical care starts with listening to our patients. We greatly value learning about our patient’s medical history and concerns directly from them.

We also ask that for records of all imaging, scans and x-rays to be sent electronically using WeTransfer.com, or placed on a CD or USB flash drive and mailed to our office:

Seraph Medical’s initial evaluation and initial consultation fee schedule is $1500 USD for patients with non-cancer related conditions, and $3000 USD for patients with cancer related conditions.

All evaluation fees are credited towards approved treatment plans. 

With the exception of life-threatening cases that require more immediate attention, initial appointments can take up to 90 days to schedule.

The first appointment is between one and two hours, depending on the patient’s medical condition. 

We offer telemedicine appointments in the case where an office visit is either unavailable or unadvised.

Each patient is unique. Generally treatment durations range from one to six months, or more. 

Patient livings with an incurable disease – including patients with late stage cancer – can  participate in an FDA approved Seraph Research Institute’s (SRI) clinical study. For details please visit Seraph Research Institute
